Request for cooperation in the "Arts Activities and Social Security Survey"

The Japan Council of Performing Arts Organizations (Geidankyo), a public interest incorporated association, is conducting a "Survey on Artistic Activities and Social Security" as part of its research on social security for artists.
This survey is aimed at artists and creators working in fields such as film, video, art, and music.
Culture and Arts Promotion ForumWe have also received a request from the Directors Guild of Japan, with whom we have a cooperative relationship, so please help us out by responding.

The survey will also ask about the impact of the invoice system and freelance law on artistic activities, as well as your enrollment status in social insurance such as health insurance and pensions.

The purpose is to communicate the reality of artistic activities and working styles, as well as awareness of issues, to society at large, and to provide a resource for improving the environment for creativity and activities.

Your responses will be statistically compiled and published as survey results, so your responses will in no way identify you as an individual.
In order for the survey to be useful, we need responses from as many people as possible.
