Obtain permission from the director of the work to be used in part

Please contact the association for contact details of each coach.

STEP

After obtaining permission, submit a report to the Association.

Please be sure to submit your report before the program airs.
*If you no longer wish to use the work after submission, please contact the director and the association.

STEP

After the broadcast, the Association will send you an invoice.
